Our representative, Ehab El Desokey, Director of Sales and Marketing, had an important discussion with Dr. Amr Talaat , Minister of Communications and Information Technology, about the future of outsourcing services for call centers. They talked about the important role of Hi-Connect in participating in the Universal Health Insurance (UHIA), and the awareness campaigns of the Ministry of Health, which include obesity, stunting, and other campaigns. This discussion happened during the activities of the “Tech Invest 4” exhibition and conference, in its fourth session. This was organized by the General Division for Digital Economy and Technology of the General Federation of Chambers of Commerce under the slogan “The Fourth Conference to Support and Develop Investment in Information Technology.”
